Charges

Please note that all our services are charged in advance and are charged by the hour. Our service charge does not include travel time, but we may charge for mileage and parking expenses for face to face support..
On urgent matters that sit outside of our service area, we reserve the right to charge for accommodation and meals, we will only accept urgent cases outside of the service area. Where we cannot support, we will assist - free of charge - in helping find support closer to your location.

Sometimes we cannot help

There may be occasions that we cannot help you, this may be that you are facing a situation in which we do not hold the experience or knowledge, or we feel that only a qualified legal professional can help. We will assist where possible to get you the correct support when we deem this to be the case.

As a McKenzie Friend I have not requirement to be regulated, however, as a student of Cilex I am regulated by the Cilex Code of Conduct in the same way that a Cilex Lawyer would be.
